Joe was very unprofessional and rude during our conversation. Watch out he has a temper, he tends to snap. Look at other reviews where customers say the same thing. I simply called to ask which brand of brake pads they use — a perfectly reasonable question — but he abruptly said, “If you’re into that, we can’t do business,” and hung up on me.
