She is such a caring and thoughtful doctor! She really takes the time to listen and makes sure all of our concerns are addressed. What we appreciated most was how she went out of her way to offer us different options we didn’t even know were available. For example, she suggested having our medications delivered right to our home, which is so helpful since we live far away. Horrible experience. Would not recommend for anyone that has a teen with mental health concerns. She made us very uncomfortable, did not communicate well, and my daughter left in tears.

Dr. Nathala has been amazing helping me on my health care journey. I have been dealing with a some things for many years that I never really felt heard on. I came to her as a new patient and she not only listens, but you can tell she genuinely cares about your health and what you have to say. When I have warranted concerns, I have never been made to wait it out.
