I can't thank Dr. Chan enough for her compassion, understanding, empathy, honesty, commitment and all her help in a proper diagnose for my health concerns & issues! Her staff are just as wonderful & caring! I'm leaving another comment after having Dr. Chand for years now and she is still the best family physician plus her staff have always been pleasant & kind! I thank her and her staff for being there for me as I truly appreciate everything she has done for me!
Not a review on the doctor but his receptionist that answers the phone calls was very rude to my fiance and very unprofessional. Even hung up on my fiance. She was calling on my behalf since my speech is effected by my disability and calling to make an appointment for my mom who knew I was going to make it for her since she can't. The receptionist who answered and was rude and unprofessional should be fired!!! You don't talk to people like that.
