Suzanne is a complete rockstar!!!!! I came in to get my links out of my ring watch! And she did it within five minutes. The environment is extremely warm and pleasant, and the customer service was on point. I will be back for sure!
I got wedding rings here 26 years ago, I went to a jewelry store to sell them and found out that my white gold ring was fake! I paid $600 for white gold bands with tiny diamonds and it was not really white gold. It was just plated cheap ring. DO NOT get scammed!
Was great to work with Arwen and this team. We went from "I don't know what I want to do but my ring is broken and I'm sad can you fix it" -- to a piece I love completely reimagined. Pave does beautiful work - and my custom piece is certainly one I will wear every day.
I accidentally exploded my necklace (don’t even ask) and Cynthia was so kind! It looks brand new and very beautiful. I ordered a chain repair because I couldn’t afford to pay for a repair of the whole necklace, but she went ahead and repaired everything and polished it too. I am so happy with Pavé and so thankful for Cynthia!
