I have now had two incredible experiences at Pause Wellness Spa. I booked the Ritual for both visits and highly recommend doing the pause circuit paired with the massage! Each element in the pause of red light therapy, sauna meditation, and cold plunge help you get to the perfect place of relaxation for massage. Cammie’s massage feels like the perfect amount of intuitive, restorative, and professional! I feel so nurtured in this space and would highly recommend it to anyone! I had the best sauna experience at Pause Wellness! The space is very relaxing and Cammie was super nice.
Cammie gives the most amazing myofascial release massage! The entire experience is so peaceful & affirming. Cammie creates a serene & safe space from the minute you walk in until the time you leave. Absolutely a must for my self-care routine. Can't wait to try her new spa services.
I have enjoyed several yoga and massage sessions with Brett Ketner, and each time I leave the studio I feel more calm, I feel lighter, and definitely more energized. The breathing work has helped me in both personal and professional areas of my life. Do yourself a favor and schedule some time with Brett. Very thankful I found Natural Mystic Wellness.
