The "Pause Breathe Proceed " technique taught by Karen started being effective after only 2 days. I didn't think it was possible to see a positive change in my level of stress so fast. With the constant reminder system created by simple accessories like bracelets and stickers, I feel my reactivity decrease by every hour. I already equipped everyone in my family with a bracelet :)
