My step son had an appointment at the Columbus WI location. The receptionist was very cold and rude to his grandmother when she brought him in. She also told the grandmother that she gave my step sons dad info on another therapist and she never did. When my husband took his son months back his therapist told them that she would get her kids to any sport even if she had to drive in a blizzard. She told my husband that to fix his sons anxiety issues he should get an app and sit on his phone. Like really, what are you teaching ... read more

I had four therapists quit their job in 6 months of seeking counseling at Pauquette. Two quit before we even had our initial meeting. I spent 4 out of those 6 months waiting for a new counselor because they all quit! The councilors I did meet were terrible! Unreliable, untrained, inexperienced, condescending. I am positive that one was drunk. Dont take state insurance.. what a joke .. do u really think the state is not going to pay u.... my kid is 10 years old ... needs help... cant get it here she is on forward... they tell us sure we can see u.. than call back a week later saying, opps sorry we dont take that insurance...
