Absolutely phenomenal. Called all over a 100 Mi radius for an unobtainable part for a long discontinued watercraft, these guys went above and beyond pulling a used part out of a running craft, sold it to me for a song. On top of that they wouldn't even let me take it until they verified it worked first. I am already impressed by Paupack Power Sports and I've yet to bring my ride in for the state inspection it needs. Unlike more than a few other places, the owner replied to my message promptly and courteously did his best to get me in despite the crowded nature of the summer schedule for anyone who performs maintenance on motorcycles. Smaller shop with just a couple owner/operator mechanics, Factory certified Harley & Yamaha motorcycle techs Way more than a boat yard, If it burns fuel they'll get it running.
Have gotten me out of a jam more than once. VERY knowledgeable mechanics are in this shop with decades of experience. F the dealer.
