For the past 5 years I have had most of my insurance policies through Pauma Valley. I can't say enough about how efficient and articulate Brandon and others are at their office. Being an insurance broker in CA these days must be quite a challenge. I am so thankful for their service!
I have had both home owners and auto coverage thru PVI for over thirty years and they have never let me down. Most especially I want to acknowledge Maricruz who is one of the most professional people I have ever worked with as well as very knowledgable and kind. I highly recommend this company!
The people at PVI work hard, know the business, and most importantly, get results...in spite of a REALLY hard insurance market for many coverages in California. Highly recommend.
My initial experience has been fantastic. I contacted Jenny Boulos and expressed my desire to change insurance companies and get expanded coverage (umbrella policy). She asked relevant questions to ensure my needs were understood and followed up by presenting policies to me that meet my needs. Very disappointed. I expected that using an agency would mean I’d have someone to help explain my coverage, make sure I was adequately insured, have my back. But instead I got an inadequate homeowners plan without ANY explanation when I purchased it. When I called my agent, Mayra, to clarify, she told me “well, you signed the declarations page, you should have seen the $10,000 water damage sub limit”. Now, I’ve got slab leak that has caused at least $50k in water damage and I’m left with the bill. BEWARE
