My initial experience has been fantastic. I contacted Jenny Boulos and expressed my desire to change insurance companies and get expanded coverage (umbrella policy). She asked relevant questions to ensure my needs were understood and followed up by presenting policies to me that meet my needs. Very disappointed. I expected that using an agency would mean I’d have someone to help explain my coverage, make sure I was adequately insured, have my back. But instead I got an inadequate homeowners plan without ANY explanation when I purchased it. When I called my agent, Mayra, to clarify, she told me “well, you signed the declarations page, you should have seen the $10,000 water damage sub limit”. Now, I’ve got slab leak that has caused at least $50k in water damage and I’m left with the bill. BEWARE

Excellent insurance agency. Brandon Strausbaugh is my agent and I can't say enough good things about him. His knowledge of insurance and all the products offered is superb. I highly recommend if your shopping around give this agency a try. I was able to bundle everything I needed in a one stop shop experience.
