Knowledgeable ,fair priced, friendly and honest.
While both my mom and I were away from home, Pauly went to the house, short notice, diagnosed and fixed the AC on the spot! My mom was stressed about it and I was able to call him and handle it all while I was in Wisconsin. Made me feel great. Also he was careful to not let the cats out.
