Had my older Lennox heat pump die on me right before a heat wave. Paul came out the same day I called and got to diagnosing a few issues. He was able to quickly obtain replacement parts and repair the AC. Very responsive to texts and phone calls, plus he was flexible to my personal schedule.

I couldn’t be happier with the service. He found a leak in the system gave me options on repair verses replacement. Was quick to follow up and get the repair completed and had my system back running within a day. The thing that stood out was he took the time to level my outside unit back up without being asked. Just those small details that make a difference. I would highly recommend them for all your HVAC needs.

I contacted Paul after a very frustrating experience with my original installer who inconsistently responded to my calls/texts and didn’t show up multiple times. Paul came out immediately and quickly diagnosed the issue. He clearly explained his plan, and the possible outcomes. He returned multiple times to check on the system and ensure that it was fixed. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable. I will definitely be calling him for any future issues!

He was very friendly and answered all questions I had. When asking about why we were having so many issues, he explained that prior people had system set up where it was rubbing on metal creating hole. He adjusted it so that it wouldn't be a problem. He kept me informed on how long it would take him and what he was working on. I will be reaching out to them if i have any future problems as they were very easy to work with and I recommend to anyone with issues!
