Recently bought a house and wanted to get everything serviced. My brother has used Pauly’s in the past and highly recommended him. He overlooked everything and even explained every intricate thing and how it works within the house. I really appreciate him going over everything and letting me know what is a priority and what I can get away with waiting on. He was also very polite and friendly to my dogs . He even gave them a treat.
Paul installed our mini split system in our older house. He did an excellent job and everything looks tidy and professional. We are glad we went with him and would recommend him to anyone!!
Reached out to Paul through his website in the evening and he contacted me within 10 minutes to answer some questions. Called him the next morning to see if he was able to service my boiler that day and he made sure to accommodate me. While here and performing the work he was very tentative to my questions and walked through each step of the process, visually showing me what he was doing and why. Called in the morning about our hot water heater not working correctly. He came earlier than the expected time - which was great! Paul came in and got right to it, we discussed the situation and he diagnosed the issue very quickly with our boiler and hot water system. I had also mentioned our baseboard heat wasn’t heating upstairs and he got that working too! Very happy with his service and he was a pleasant easy going guy. Will use his business for future needs!
