Have been trying to obtain purchase records for a Chlorinator from Pauly for over 12 months, as we never received a receipt when he installed it. Have been given the run around, excuses and empty promises. Poor communication. Doesn’t turn up to booked in services and no communication. I wouldn’t waste my time again. We switched to a different pool company and the level Of professionalism is far superior and the pool has never been cleaner and clearer.
Honest and reliable not out just to make money for you . Know there stuff and truly helpful.
