DO NOT SHOP HERE. If it was possible to give negative stars I would. Their service is horrible. On three separate occasions I went to get a tux for a wedding. Each visit was well within the posted business hours. Every time I was told that they couldn't help me because they were about to close. On the third occasion, I calmly expressed that this was the third time I had come in and been told they were closing and asked when would be the best time to come in. A business renting out mediocre "formal" wear in shoddy condition. To put the icing on the cake an owner and costumer service department equivalent to a rabid grizzly bear. After getting screamed at by him for 5 minutes over the phone; over a misunderstanding which could have been resolved peacefully instead wasn't. I do feel bad as they are one of the only in the area. But in all honesty I'd rather go to the closest Men's Wearhouse! You'd have better luck finding good customer service in a hornets nest!
