Great customer service, very thorough on details, and very open to what I want and am looking for. Elisa was not pushy but very helpful in finding a machine and accessories to fit my budget. Definitely recommend
Came in around Feb to look at Street Bikes. Phil met me and let me sit on every single bike I asked to sit on while making me sit on ones I had no clue about. I told him I was looking for my 1st bike. He was easy to talk to shared stories about our families and made my whole experience great. Told him I couldn't buy it right now and then he said come back and see him when I could. Was never pushy didn't ask for my info and made me feel amazing when I left. Amazing people they gave us their respect and honest service this was a great experience and gotta shout out both Gary and Phili they were both amazing kind and gave me the best deal for what I was looking for! Not just that but the fact they are giving our son who’s only 4 the whole tour as if he was the big buyer live this interaction would highly recommend them for anyone that has beginner or experience writers come down to see Paulsons and ask for any of their dealers. They’re amazing.!
Had an amazing time, bought my first bike! Gary and Paul helped a lot showing me all the different bikes. Cody did amazing helping with the financial part! Great team all around. Kind, caring, knowledgeable!!
