Great personal. I emailed Paulsons in the evening and received a reply and invitation to call back early before they opened. He arranged for a technician to come to my home to correct the issue I have another issue with my entertainment system and called Paulson. They will be here in three days and I’m confident they will have the correct resolution for my current issue. Great customer service.
