If your looking for a plumber to be prompt and return all your phone calls then this is NOT the for you plumber for you. What a joke, this guy is a complete waste of time!! Took 3 day to get a hold of just to set an appointment and when he did he no call no showed twice!! What a waste of hours of my time. Shame on me setting the second appointment, it will not be a mistake I make again.
Friendly and reasonably priced for an experienced plumber that I will continue to trust!
We were having issues with our water heater. Called Steve and he came on the same day. Fixed the problem in a matter of minutes. Very reasonable. Highly recommend.
Steve Paulson is phenomenal! I called him at the end of the week and he was able to come over and assess my water heater issue right away. He really knows his stuff. The repair was super simple. He is a great guy!
