The owner goes above and beyond, Last winter.my furnaces's stopped working. I called around and he was the only one willing to help over the phone, He helped diagnose the problem and with out payment he took a part off of one of his furnaces in the yard not knowing if it would work with mine. But still willing to help. He was extremely busy so he left it out front of his shop so I can pick it up and get heat going again when it was so cold out I will be looking forward to finding out what services he provides and working wit... read more
Selfish selfish selfish. Left their trailer in front of my driveway in a way that didn’t allow me to leave with my vehicle. I was trying to get my son to school and there was no one around to move the trailer..: when I called the owner he told me off… and then went and eventually moved the trailer to a reasonable place that allowed for my driveway to be unblocked. My vehicle and property sustained damage trying to leave my driveway - as I needed to get my son to school!!!!! Courtesy is something of a foreign concept to this ... read more
last year I had a problem with my furnace, Paulson came right away and fixed it. This year my furnace was making a weird sound, I called Paulson, they were busy. Paulson called the next day ready to help but my bf fixed the problem. Excellent service, thank you
