DO NOT GO HERE. I just called and spoke with Warren the owner. He was the most incredibly rude person, I have spoken with. When I asked for a simple price quote he stated, "I can't give it to you, what do you want me to do, I am busy working on cars." Then don't answer your phone. He will be reported to the BBB for his conduct and all possible agencies. Also, he is violating WA state law by expecting people to just bring their car in and let him work on it with no idea what the price will be. He is very shady and scamming.
Paulson’s is our new go-to mechanic. I was able to drop my car off in the morning and pick it up same day—in a snow storm! My car was fixed and back to her usual self in no time all at a fraction of the cost the dealership quoted me. I’m so happy! We will be back with all future car troubles and needs. Absolute great mechanic. Honest & affordable. One mechanic said my timing belt was gone. I took my car to Paulsons & he realized it was just the starter, fixed it in an hour. Then, recently, mt battery died & the initial mechanic told me it was the alternator. Turns out, it was just a loose cable. Paulsons fixed it with zero charge. I’ll forever go back here & recommend to everyone.
