We've used Paulsens for over 35 years in Leisure Park. They provide excellent, reliable, and are priced accordingly for the services the provide. If you need a sprinkler repair, it'll usually get done in a few days. The review from Tracy Gladney, I believe is spam, as there are no apartment complexes where Paulsens provides service, and she is not a tenant or resident. I believe she has the wrong company. I live in an apartment complex and these guys are terrible! They’re always in such a big hurry and therefore do a sloppy job. My biggest complaint is the grass they leave all over my patio!! Come on guys, have some pride in your work!
