Very attentive and great to work with!!
First off, Paulsen manages their apartment complexes very well! The maintenance is by far none to best (especially Kent at Rose Garden Ct apartments in Latham), the apartments are spacious and well insulated. Our complex has a pool, the landscape|gardens is always well kept, snow is never an issue as that’s taken care of. Plenty of parking as well. You will be hard pressed to find a better deal and quality for the price.
We live on a property Paulson development manages. I’m impressed with their respond speed and quality of their work. The best maintenance team we have ever had out of all different places we had. They do a phenomenal job on landscaping. The lawn and trees are always well taken care of. On snow days they plow the drive way before you even wake up. I feel bad for themVery grateful for their awesome work The team members are all very friendly and professional.
