R&L Expansion. This is a multi-phase remodel and addition. New site work of limited scope parking and walks. Excavation for new concrete, masonry, glass, roofing, finished/furnishing in a new auditorium, mechanical and electrical. Finally, demolition for new offices and conversion to the auditorium.
