Paul’s Way Home Services has excellent customer service. They’re very attentive and able to work around any schedule! I had Pawel as my servicer and he helped fix every issue that my house has had! I’ve used them twice now and will do so moving forward!

Needed parts replaced for my boiler and hot water heater as it was leaking water and had another plumber previously cancel on me. Called Paul’s Way and they had Pawel out to me within an hour. Pawel took the time to explain everything to me and label all my emergency shut off valves as I am a new homeowner. Highly recommend they are extremely quick and helpful!
Had the drain pipe replaced in the basement. Technicians arrived on time, completed replacement and answered all my questions professionally. Highly recommended!
