Paul was very professional and fixed our burner in the most cost effective way. He explained everything to me, and was very friendly.

I’ve been using Paul’s Way for the last 5 years. I’ve had a boiler, hot water heater and other miscellaneous plumbing jobs done by them. Paul provides excellent service along with being very knowledgeable and personable. I would recommend them for any plumbing/heating job.
Buyer beware. Hired Paul’s Way for multiple jobs, some small, some big but thought since a plumber was coming out why not get it all “done right”. Initial issue for calling a plumber was low water pressure and concerned about back water flow from irrigation system getting into potable water. Then added to the job…I needed two sink faucets replaced, needed to replace the main water shut off to a ball valve as a precaution and replaced washing machine shut off valves also as a precaution.
