Honesty and integrity! My 2004 diesel Excursion recently started limping on me and I suspected a transmission problem. Based on this shop’s ATRA membership and numerous positive customer reviews, I visited the shop. The shop was very busy, but Paul took time to meet with me. I recently had some transmission work done at another shop(NOT Paul’s) and it turned into a nightmare. Paul and his team have went above and beyond to make sure my transmission was 100%! They definitely stand behind their work and pointed out other issues out side of their scope of work. I certainly appreciate all their time and efforts!!
