Paul showed up shortly after our contacting him. Beautiful red truck in our driveway... ready to have a look at our snow blower. Sat down next to it..poked around. Discovered the issue. Explained everything to my husband. Fixed it in a snap and JOB WAS DONE! What a guy..we didn't know people/businesses like his still existed in these stressful times..Price was right too. Two thumbs up to Paul and Home Hardware Manotick for the referral!!!
I had a small issue with my compressor a Honda gx 90. Paul answered right away and gave me a reasonable time to come by. Upon inspection he diagnosed the problem within one minute. One minute later my compressor was back to life. I highly appreciate his work and recommend him to all! Very polite and knowledgeable. I will be dealing with Paul from here on in. Habib 10/10

I am pleased to say I had a very respectful and professional experience with Paul, he serviced my snowblower, came to my home and worked on the machine within a short period of time, he explained everything to me and even showed me how to operate it without using the pull which I never liked to use.
