I got a flat on the side of the interstate and I was so nervous and had no idea what to do. I called Paul and he came in less than 20 min and was able to get me back on the road in minutes. I recommend him to everyone! He really was able to turn my day around I am so happy to have called him in my time of need
I had purchased an "as is, where is" heavy truck nearby in Maryland, but I needed it to get on the road for about 1,000 miles of driving, or around 200 miles to get it to a place where I have electrical power and compressed air for further work. I brought my own tools, but they were insufficient for the task. I tried in vain during a torrential downpour, but could not get the pintle hitch off to install the new one. Just called for roadside assistance. He only changes out spares. He said it was a bad choice that we had a spare tire on and hadn't fixed the original tire over the weekend. Not good customer service at all. Actually, very rude!

I just called this company asking for some assistance and they talking about. They cannot come out and help me. I would like to know why people in the business to be a mechanic shop or roadside assistance and they can’t help the wire out. It doesn’t make sense to have this particular business yeah I am stranded need help and no one is willing to come out and help me
