Just called for roadside assistance. He only changes out spares. He said it was a bad choice that we had a spare tire on and hadn't fixed the original tire over the weekend. Not good customer service at all. Actually, very rude!
Great service
I just called this company asking for some assistance and they talking about. They cannot come out and help me. I would like to know why people in the business to be a mechanic shop or roadside assistance and they can’t help the wire out. It doesn’t make sense to have this particular business yeah I am stranded need help and no one is willing to come out and help me
Really good service, fair pricing, great guy
After getting canceled twice from other road side assitance companies, paul was able to save the day and get into base and help me get back in my car after getting locked out for 3 hours. Took about a 20 minute wait and not even 5 mins of my time to get my car unlocked. If you can get ahold of your insurance company make sure you refer Paul's services instead. Thank you!
