If your insurance company calls this company I would make sure you ask for another company. I had a water loss at the end of 2019 and this company was called in. I was out of the country when this happened but was fortunate enough to have a neighbor that had been in the restoration business for several years handling this for me. Response time was immediate and when the representative Mike arrived he was very helpful and friendly. He made us feel like he understood our needs. Once the initial visit was made he was very quick in responding to our inquiries and submitted the estimate to our insurance company in a timely manner.
