I’ve never had such an unprofessional experience with a contracting company. Similar to many of their reviews. They responded immediately, and were quick to offer everything under the moon, quickly taking a deposit because they won’t do anything until they get money. Insurance company sent them out. Then it was almost two months before they even pulled a few boards off the floor, then made another excuse to stop again. It was pulling teeth for us and our insurance company to get ahold of them. If your insurance company calls this company I would make sure you ask for another company. I had a water loss at the end of 2019 and this company was called in. I was out of the country when this happened but was fortunate enough to have a neighbor that had been in the restoration business for several years handling this for me. After 2 days had passed, my neighbor informed me that I should come home, because Mike and his crew didn't seem to know what they were doing.
