Paul's is undergoing a transition to new ownership. Tony, the new owner, is someone we are following to his new shop. He has been super; honest, thoughtful and able to communicate. He also is reliable and has always been able to do what he says, with little fuss and a reasonable price. Not sure if he is going to change the name of the place to Tony's Precision ;) Either way, we will be loyal customers not matter what the shop is called!

Honest and prompt services
What service! Family and I were visiting my husband’s mother with our 8 month old and our car was making a horrible grinding noise. We were afraid to drive back to central MA with our baby. When we got there they didn’t have a lift open and at first didn’t know when they could take a look and then decided to put it on a jack and fixed that issue on the spot! This SAVED US! And the price was amazing. Definitely recommend!
