I've sat on this for over a week trying to make sure I choose my words properly. I've been using them for water checks & chemicals for 10 years and their cleaning service for over a year now. Last winter my pool was filthy, I texted Paul's and we went back and forth with several excuses on their part. Love getting my pool chemicals at Paul’s pools!!! They are always so nice and always help you with any questions you may have, and always let you know what to do if you have an issue with your pool. Great prices and very helpful
Crockett from Paul's Pools came out to help me set up the pool prior to summer hitting, and it BLEW MY MIND how much he knew and fixed for me. Explained all of the pump mechanisms to me and showed me shortcuts on the controller pad. In general, Paul's Pools front desk ladies help me out monthly for chemical balancing details, but the encounter with Crockett today solidified my continued business.
