Rude customer service. Went to get the pool levels tested to see if the PH levels are correct and the lady over the counter was rude to me and my dad. It’s they way she ask the question knowing we know as we are new to the pool club.
Great people to deal with in getting your pool cleaned have been using Paul's pool care for about 10 plus years. Never complained at there service because their was nothing to complain about. 100% recommend.
Knowing stock shortages on Magnesium, sent them email asking price and stock. They phoned left a message. Called back. Woman told me they carry 3 grades from Magnapool. Which don't. Went to store to buy. Oh sorry had no stock for 4 weeks due in two weeks. Sorry we do have this other salts.
Paul's knowledge, experience and attitude is A1. Been going here for years and continue to do so.
