When called about our no hot water issue, Paul initially came by to inspect the system. He sent a young, inexperienced worker to finish the job and never came back to inspect the work done. We're now 9 months later with the same issue, no hot water. We called Paul's company four times without a single call back. We were without hot water for close to a week waiting for him ( He has still never called us back). We called another company tired of the lack of professionalism.
