We had Jeff come out to install a sink and a garbage disposal. Unlike other employees that have helped us for years, he came in with a real attitude. He hated the copper sink which he said was too big, he was wrong about that. He could not figure out how to install the clips on the sink. He said I was supposed to have a switch and plug installed for the garbage disposal, despite the estimate not requiring a switch and plug. Just a real negative, lazy, liar that is very incompetent. They have been helping us open and close our little "Haven of Bliss" in Gulliver for more than 20 years, and have always helped us when we needed help, even on very short notice, and always with a smile and professionalism. We feel more like they are friends than anything else, and we would recommend them to ANYONE who needs the help they can provide. They are the "Best in Class" in the Upper Peninsula.

A huge shout out recommending Paul's! We live in Indiana and our family has a cabin in Manistique. New washer and dryer were needed. I did everything through email and had great service! The delivery went excellent! They installed them and the dryer ven't we bought. We will definitely be using them again! I see a fridge in our future. :-)
