I got my rook done in April ish and a couple weeks later the bottom ball fell out and I noticed and I went to a different place to see if they’re able to replace it since Paul wasn’t open that day, they told me they cannot even find the bottom part of the piercing and it seems to be stuck in the skin. They were super concerned and did everything they can to take it out, where I would have had to go to the hospital and it would have been a whole process. Professional, fast, very clean!* tyvm!*
Didn’t want to give me other options told him what piercing I wanted gave me attitude but the other customers respect. Didn’t want a dermal piercing but say if not a dermal then I wouldn’t do it. Just wanted a simple piercing.
