I bought a 2013 Impreza from Paul about a year ago, after he told me he was a Subaru specialist, and sadly it has become nothing but a problem. When I try to get a hold of him, he'd rather ignore me and proceed to tell my family I should just go to a Subaru dealership to pay their shop prices, I don't understand the treatment.... Especially for a paying customer, great service for my first vehicle... My nephew and brother bought cars from jhim. Should of realized he was selling junk when he wouldn't let the person test drive. Don't waste your money. He fails to mention if a vehicle was in a collision. Bolts are welded on that never should of been; making repairs cost even more. It would be cheaper to go buy a new vehicle then buy one of his.

Horrible service, terrible customer service, neglectful mechanic. Don’t take your car here unless you wanna visit twice a week with problems. He’s in it for the money, no compassion whatsoever. Don’t waste your time
