My son went in a ditch because roads weren’t plowed. He wasn’t called by them and he hooked onto their car and pulled them out. That was great except they didn’t call him then demanded $300 and when they didn’t have it he called the cop who escorted them (illegal detainment) to EXTORT them out of $300. We hit a patch of real slick ice and went into a field while driving to work. We didn't even call them to come tow, a passerby did, when the guy showed up, he didn't ask us if we wanted the tow in the first place. Didn't even ask if we were alright or anything, just said "That's $300," after pulling us out. We just paid rent and didn't have that, so we tried to tell him that we would have to get it to him when we get paid. I bought a 2013 Impreza from Paul about a year ago, after he told me he was a Subaru specialist, and sadly it has become nothing but a problem. When I try to get a hold of him, he'd rather ignore me and proceed to tell my family I should just go to a Subaru dealership to pay their shop prices, I don't understand the treatment.... Especially for a paying customer, great service for my first vehicle... Now two years in, with the initial issues of oil loss and stalling when at an idle, I've come to a halt with my emissions insp... read more

My nephew and brother bought cars from jhim. Should of realized he was selling junk when he wouldn't let the person test drive. Don't waste your money. He fails to mention if a vehicle was in a collision. Bolts are welded on that never should of been; making repairs cost even more. It would be cheaper to go buy a new vehicle then buy one of his.
