I had a problem with my boiler furnace and he came right over accessed the issues explained in detail what needed to be done and assured me pf my concerns ! Found out he actually installed this furnace many years so that gave me great comfort ! He went above and beyond and for a fair price!!!
Made an appt for a certain time on a certain date. No one ever showed up or called with an explanation as to why.

Quick to answer and was over in a couple hours , however he had to return two more times for the same problem. I had a different technician come over and he found that my fuel pump filter was clogged so after $600 in work from Paul and he didn’t check the filter I wouldn’t recommend.
