My homes are in move in condition, attractively priced, updated and generally in the better Mobile Home parks in Delaware and Maryland. I have single wide and double wide mobile homes, mostly in Northern Delaware, generally priced from the low teens to the 50s. I recommend paul's mobile homes .I purchased a mobile home this summer i'm very happy living here .Paul did a beautiful job restoring the home I moved into .it was like wow when I walked in, wood laminate floors, carpet, granite counter top, stainless steel appliances, freshly painted kitchen cabinets, beautiful spa bathroom and large deck .
