I was literally about to make a purchase until the man that answered the phone, regarding a question I had on said purchase, wouldn't even let me get my sentences out. I was simply trying to understand the sale price as I found their ad to be confusing and or misleading. they almost had me as a customer but I'd rather pay a higher price than give this company my business. I would absolutely NOT recommend purchasing anything from this company, cheaper prices or not. You lost a customer here buddy!
Shipped item from local distributor but then required me to pay for return shipping to Austin. Which cost 4x more than local shipping. Worse, they simply don’t care if you are satisfied with purchase or not. They’re response, but from somebody else if you don’t like our policy. That is definitely what anyone should do, but from somewhere else.
Placed order and received pillows but no mattress pad, 2 weeks later I call and that part of my order was never even processed. Will not order from here again.
Most horrific experience ever. They could care less about the customers. This is a gotcha rip off. Nothing like the pictures, don’t be fooled. Add states no return fee, not true. I bought $280.00 comforter set, find out made in China! Cost to return plus Paul’s fee, I would get $84.00 refund!!!
I ordered several things from their site and all the things they said were not available and they canceled my order. Yet, when you go on their site, those things are still for sale. Just lost alot of money from me...such fools. Don't use them, not reliable!!
This was one of the worst experiences I have ever had. I made a legitimate mistake on ordering something that was just a number off. When I called to send the curtains back as I wanted the valance I had to pay to return them, and was told they do not do exchanges. The woman (one of the owners was very rude and curt and had no customer service skills what so ever.
