Paul’s works with my salon suite business and they are always quick, prompt, and have good pricing. I don’t know what I’d do without them so thank you guys. -NEXUS
Called Paul’s to get an estimate on the cost and installation of a new water heater. They just had me send pictures of the water heater and the space it was located in, gave me a quote for the cost (which was cheaper than everywhere else) and scheduled me to have it replaced two days later. A+ service!
I had some electrical issues at my unit and was told someone could make it out between 9am and 1pm. No one showed up. I had to call the office for them to inform me that they told the landlord they would need to reschedule. The landlord was NOT informed of anything. Now I need to wait two more weeks for someone to come out and fix our issue. This is very unprofessional. You think they would inform the person that they scheduled the appointment with. HOPEFULLY, they will be able to make it out next time.
FANTASTIC! I was told by another well-known Heating and Air Conditioning company in town that I absolutely needed to replace my furnace ASAP. The cost was around $7,500. I was referred to Paul's by a family member and one of the owners (James) actually showed up to inspect my furnace himself. I told him what the other company had said and showed him their report. Within 15 minutes he determined I did NOT need a new unit. He had his team schedule a technician to come repair the issues which cost $600. Paul's easily could have... read more
