It should be a crime to take advantage of seniors with dementia like my dad. The tech came out and said there was an obstacle and we needed a new $17k AC after closing escrow couple months before. Luckily I was reminded we had a warranty. The warranty subcontractor AC tech said it was simply overcharged with Freon so it wasn’t working properly and fixed it. I’d avoid this company. Very upsetting.

We had a young, very respectable,technician named Bradon check our a/c. Let me tell you he is knowledgeable and knew exactly how to repair the issue. He was extremely thorough and friendly. Paul's heating & air are honest people. Highly, highly recommend this business.
Absolutely fantastic! Have been using Paul's for my HVAC for over a decade and they manage my entire system. Recently my AC fan stopped working and Paul's was out to fix it within an hour of calling. The technician Garrett Kinsler was friendly and very knowledgeable. Excellent service! I highly recommend Paul's for quality HVAC service.
