Garrett and Christian did an excellent job resolving an ongoing airflow issue we’d been experiencing. They thoroughly diagnosed the problem, ran the necessary tests and identified the root cause with precision. Throughout the process, they were knowledgeable and took the time to explain each step clearly. Both were very polite, professional and a pleasure to work with!! Warning! Our AC was fixed by a different contractor and they said we needed a new one for $17,000. I wrote a review here and they deleted it. Not sure how. AC works perfectly fine thanks to a company our warranty covered after closing escrow recently for my elderly dad. Shame on this group they should fire the contractor who has such horrific deceptive practices.
It should be a crime to take advantage of seniors with dementia like my dad. The tech came out and said there was an obstacle and we needed a new $17k AC after closing escrow couple months before. Luckily I was reminded we had a warranty. The warranty subcontractor AC tech said it was simply overcharged with Freon so it wasn’t working properly and fixed it. I’d avoid this company. Very upsetting.
