Paul's Heating & Air took great care of us when our unit finally bit the dust this month. Paul didn't over sell us or disparage his competitors, he just did what was fair and right. He gave us quality products and service at a fair price.
Absolutely, positively the best! Our A/C went out in July! Paul got us on the calendar ASAP, he and the crew were here first thing in the morning, in and out, total install in less than an hour and a half. They did a complete install for about half of what we were quoted by a competitor. He knew the $$ and details of the other quote and said that system was overkill for our home. Thank you Paul and Company we really appreciate you!
I can not express how grateful I am for these people. We had an animal rip through our ducting and our floor was inflating after their business hours and they still sent someone out to fix it. Chris the tech went above and beyond and still is calling to check in to make sure everything is working, I’ve been in real estate for five years and I’ve never met a more professional HVAC team. Well priced, and good service you can’t ask for more! Took so much stress off of my wife and I!
