I scheduled an appointment with Paul’s Glass Co. through their back office to repair a window. I was very clear that the window was not installed by them, and they still confirmed the appointment and gave me a time window. On the day of, I waited patiently—no one showed up. After the expected arrival time had passed, I called to follow up, only to be told they weren’t coming because the window wasn’t their install.
