We just finished our day by shopping at Paul’s Garden Centre. The customer service is by far some of the best ever! The young woman who helped my Mom and I pick out the perfect plants for our front yard was professional, super friendly, easy to talk to and really went above and beyond to assist us! The woman inside was extremely helpful and friendly too! Definitely will continue to shop there!!
Went in today for one bag of Pro 3 that was $7.99 it rung up $7.23 or close to that and I asked what the lower price was, cashier said 20th Birthday..20% discount. I knew it wasn't the right math. Forgot to ask for a receipt and here I am. Just in case it happens often or if she was having a bad day. Perhaps a real mistake. I love Paul's. Will come again.

I can't say enough about this business. The hard-working men and women out here. Cutting grass for what appears to be seniors in my neighborhood. I have used this service for myself in the past also. Very respectful of the area they are working in, polite and professional. Glad there is a local business like this taking care of the neighborhoods of Welland.
