My whole family has been taking their cars to Paul's for over twenty years. They do excellent work at reasonable prices and are very honest and ethical. I highly recommend them!
Great service
Skilled mechanics with friendly staff, with prices in line with typical cost we've researched (using repair calculators) online. Other mechanics in Lexington also respect the shop. Don't expect a fancy lobby or free lattes, but do expect your car to be fixed. We've had both of our Nissan vehicles repaired there in the last few years. As far as suggestions for improvements, they need to put their one-year warranty in writing on the invoice. Will be back the next time. Nice work.
I called Paul's two days ago and told them I need to bring my car in for new brakes. They had been pulsating a little and them my "brake wear" light came on. I scheduled to bring it in this morning. After about thirty minutes, the technician came out to tell me I still have approximately 70% of brake life left. He was unable to reproduce the warning light.
