I took my car to ABRA in Lacey and it was sent to Lakewood ABRA right away. I have been receiving text messages and calls from ABRA keeping me in the loop with my car repair. SO FAR SO GOOD. I will add to this rating when my car is completed. Thanks ABRA!!!
Amazing customer service. Remember hard and perfect work takes time. I felt please with their service. However their car rental department doesn't please their customers. Other than that I recommend this place.
Took good care of my car and kept me informed of what was going on and when it would be ready.
