I needed someone to check for a gas leak that PSE said I had. The technician was great and have no issues with the work that was done. What I do have issues with was the lack of communication and transparency. I was told it would be $195 for them to come out and check it, no problem with this, it is what it is. Paul and Bill are true masters in their trade. So far my experience with them has been outstanding. I bought a new home built in 2018 from a questionable builder. The central heating and air system was piecemealed together. I called Paul’s custom heating and air to come out and figure out why the system was not functioning. Bill came out and quickly assessed the system and worked his way through the air handler and heat pump finding that the compressor was completely seized.
