Had a delivery there had a bit of a mix up on the address called got the correct one from Paul, very nice would recommend him
When I called, I actually talked to Paul. He was able to come out to our house within the hour and had the part we needed right on his truck. He was kind and friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I truly appreciate him and will be calling him for our future needs.
I needed someone to check for a gas leak that PSE said I had. The technician was great and have no issues with the work that was done. What I do have issues with was the lack of communication and transparency. I was told it would be $195 for them to come out and check it, no problem with this, it is what it is. What I did have issues with what the extra $129 charge. It seems that there is a charge on top of the $195 for every half an hour they are here which I was not told about.
