Work is not acceptable!! He replaced a filtration system and a pump and the wiring to the pump was not tightened and left in the upwards position so when it rained it got filled with water and kept shorting out. Called him and he said he could be out next week to look at it. He doesn't have any employees that can come out in his absence. I have paid him over $4,000 so far and still don't have a working pool. He also has a hard time remembering who I am when I can actually get a hold of him.
It took Paul 5 weeks and 3 visits with a charge of $1100 for a job that should have taken 2 hours at a cost of $500. Upon completion, he didn’t even stick around to test it. It didn’t work. I had to tear it down the following day, get a new circulation pump from Jacuzzi and fix it properly. Just call somebody else and don’t live through the pain that I did.
