Dear Paul, you visited our house on 22/11/2023 to provide me with a quotation. You went around every single room from 11am till 11:55am. It was a long discussion about details ETC. you mentioned that you would call me with an appt for a Tuesday as I requested for cleaning and lawn mowing.I requested 4 hours and you suggested 5 hours which I agreed on although that doesn’t cover the whole house but some rooms only, however you never called for an appt and ignored my request.
