Phil was very pleasant and a wonderful carpet cleaner.
Very professional, in and out in a couple hours, cleaned a few small area rugs for me as well.
I was trying to receive a quote from different companies and non of the ones servicing Kitsap answered except Paul’s. Phil was able to give me a quote over the phone for the areas I needed cleaned, I didn’t have square footage on hand just the number of rooms and areas carpeted. He gave me a quote and said he had availability next day. I asked if he wanted to walk through to confirm the amount and he said there wasn’t a need to.
