Limited contact but what we had was unpleasant. Everything online says they are open until 6 p.m, Husband called at 4:58 and again at 5:01 when he got voice mail the first time. Rude gentleman informed him they close at 5, he didn't care what the web site said and claims they don't carry this basic RV part anyhow. Yes, it's only a $25 part, but guess where we are NOT going when it's a $250 part. What a shame since we full time very near his business, a business located within throwing distance of 2 RV parks.
