This is my first review ever. A few days ago I bought a clipper. I was told that I could exchange if anything is wrong with it. It turns out the clipper was defected. It does not cut well and pulls hair. I brought it back and they would not exchange it. I just lost $180. I will not return again. Be careful.

I brought 4 water spray bottle I bring 1 to exchange with my receipts But 3 cashier doesn't exchange I'm angry and not come to this store anymore I went to annadale store on Tuesday they had 10 0/0 off

As a professional, I'm so grateful for this warehouse! They have EVERYTHING!!!! Prices are amazing, they have so much in stock & I rarely have to worry about coming here and them not having what I need, like most beauty supply stores around here... I tend to have to shop at several stores in order to get what I need, but Pauls has it all! This really is a one stop shop!!! Plus the education, y'all, this place is a gem!!!

I’ve been to this store a few times, but the service has never impressed me. Today was by far the worst. I asked about a shaver, and one of the staff said, “I never use them, so I don’t know anything about that.” Wow. I really try to support local businesses instead of shopping online, but after today, I’m done going back. Very disappointing service.
