8/15/2025 Again, very highly recommended. I had a flat tire that clearly needed to be replaced based on the damage. I dropped it off at Paul's for evaluation, and mentioned some other possible repairs to the vehicle. Paul's replaced the tire, without trying to persuade me that perhaps I needed other tires (which is a practice of less honest businesses). In addition, the other possible repair estimates were clearly priced out, and were not executed without my approval. I decided to defer those repairs. Prices are reasonable. ... read more
Paul was really great to work with. I love that they send you photos to help explain what is wrong with your car and what they are doing to fix it. Customer service was really the best I have experienced in my 30+ years of driving.
Everyone there is pleasant and helpful. an idiot light showed up on my dashboard. I called to ask Paul's Auto to look at it and they did right away. As we all do, I depend on my car and they make it possible. thanks folks.
