Called and was immediately put on hold for over 10 minutes. Called back to complain about being on hold for so long and was told I was being put on hold again and was hung up on. Pauls auto salvage is a disrespectful business that has NO respect for its customers!
They treated my grandfather well when he got injured in the yard and helped take care of of his cut down his arm and even unloaded his truck and offered to drive him to the emergency room.
Because I showed up at 4:32 and was turned away and your web site says open until 5pm but Omni source accepted me at 4:45. I mean you guys are definitely better than the others was just angry with it was handled
