Had a tire problem, pulled off the highway, and quite by accident found Paul's Auto where we met Aaron. It was near closing and not possible to do a permanent repair but Aaron removed the screw, and created a temporary plug that allowed us to get home to Hamilton safely. As he worked he described what he was doing and why then explained all our options for a permanent solution. We were so impressed with his skills and how he interacted with us. We needed air in our tires. Pulled into Paul’s and explained our problem. One of the mechanics instantly grabbed an air hose with a professional gauge and checked and adjusted the tire pressure on all four tires. There was no charge and the mechanic refused a tip. That’s old fashioned service with a smile!

Went in for a alignment only they took it apon themselves to inspect my car and rang up a fake invoice of nearly 2000 $. And I was at my mechanic only 3 months ago it’s just a Scam and got charged for a unwanted inspection
